SISFU was invited at the British Ambassador’s house for a KENWOOD food art exhibit

The whole event was conceptualized to launch Kenwood in the Philippines likewise highlighting a specific machine which was the Kenwood Titanium Chef (Kitchen Mixer). The event was held last July 21, 2016 at the British Ambassador’s residence.

To highlight the Titanium Chef, Kenwood gave several top culinary schools in the Philippines including SISFU a Titanium Kitchen Mixer and an attachment. SISFU was assigned the Chopper/ Miller and was tasked to create a Food Art to be displayed at the event; the instructions for the participants were to create a local dish executed in a British manner. We chose Brazo de Mercedes which is actually a Filipino dish though it sounds Spanish. We made 103 Cupcakes in several colors forming the Union Jack Flag. The creation was a hit amongst the observers because of its uniqueness.
