Black Party

The Black Party, organized by Southville Junior Marketing Association (SJMA) and SFU Alumni Association, was held in Whitespace Manila, Makati City on August 5, 2011, which started at 9:00 PM.

The objectives of the party were as follows:

1. It served as an acquaintance party for SFU alumni, students, faculty and staff.

2. As part of the 13th Anniversary celebration, the party sought to further promote the university to colleges and universities in the south of Manila, thus, students from other colleges and universities were also invited. 

3. The party likewise strengthened the institutionalization of the alumni association by providing a venue for the alumni to interact among themselves. This event was just one of the preliminary activities that would eventually lead to the election of the alumni association officers.

The party had a fashion show of Penshoppe clothes modeled by SFU students, a face paint booth where guest can avail of their services for free, professional DJs that got the party rolling, and a raffle draw for four round-trip tickets to Hong Kong courtesy of CebuPacific.
