SISFU Summer Short Courses 2017

“Absolutely!” said Kristan Deriquito when asked if he would want to join again next year. Kristan is not only a consistent attendee to all Summer 2017 Short Courses at Southville International School Affiliated with Foreign Universities (SISFU) but he is also an incoming Grade 12 Hospitality Management student.

The SISFU short courses attendees indulged in a variety of cooking classes this summer. Attendees were able to expand their skills, knowledge and palate in many courses each having different focus and catering to all ages – the Art of Chocolate, Build-your-own-pizza, Cooking for Small Gatherings, Healthy Meal Planning, Basic Patisserie, as well as Cooking and Baking for Kids.

All short courses are inclusive of recipes and handouts, uniform (cap and apron), take home food, and certificate of participation.
