31 August – Winner of Iron Chef Thailand, Chef Gigg Kamol conducted a culinary demonstration at Southville International School Affiliated with Foreign Universities (SISFU).

Chef Gigg came to promote Thai food across the Philippines with representation from the Royal Thai Embassy in Manila. In the presence of Culinary Institute at SISFU (CIS) students, he demonstrated the preparation and cooking of Grilled Meat Salad and Green Curry Fish.
