SISFU ISO 9001:2015 certified by TÜV Rheinland

SISFU-Southville is happy to announce that the recent ISO 9001:2015 audit resulted in zero non-conformities and many positive findings regarding SISFU’s performance during academic year 2019-2020 and the transition to Virtual Online Learning and Teaching in the new normal. The remote virtual audit was conducted by Dr. John Francis Faustorilla Jr., Jogina Mendiola, and Mary Grace Balobalo of TÜV Rheinland Philippines last August 27-28, 2020.

Adopting ISO 9001:2015 provides a practical and workable QMS for improving and monitoring all areas of the organization. It helps improve and ensure high-quality internal management, and increases efficiency, productivity, management of resources, customer retention, and acquisition. ISO 9001:2015 highlights the importance of conformance to regulatory and statutory requirements and risk management, all the more critical in today’s world.

This certification is proof of Southville International School with Foreign Universities (SISFU) commitment to its Quality Management System. This effort was spearheaded by the Quality Assurance Office led by Dr. Ruel A. Cajili (SISC Deputy QMR) and supported by Dr. Marjorie G. Tangog (SISC/SIFU QMR). SISFU prides itself on its continuing commitment to deliver quality transnational education, on-campus and online, to the highest international standards.
