My Alumni experience

SISFU have a balanced campus life that made me equipped and adept in my career in the field of real estate. My professors, mentors, university dean, classmates, and friends taught me everything that I need to know how it is like and what is there in the real world which is the corporate world. The guidance of the school made me wise in my decisions and always aim to do my best.

In my realty corporation, I cater to the needs and requirements of my clients local and international. I do property matching for them such as house and lot, condominium, raw lands, documentation. I also assist clients abroad in obtaining business requirements in real estate in view that they obey the rules set by the Securities and Exchange Commission and HLURB. I also match the property needs of a developer in Quezon City. We have clients and buyers who are looking for properties such as Buildings, warehouses, and lands in Makati, Fort Bonifacio, and Alabang. I handle those operations.

To the current and future students, you are lucky that you are enrolled in the best university in our country that is recognized abroad. Be thankful to your parents. If I will be given a chance, I will always come back and enroll at Southville. You made the right decision. Always listen to your professors; keep the learning and knowledge at the back of your head as you will need it once you start working or if you decide to put up a business; study well; engage in student organization and develop your skills; and lastly dream, don't stop dreaming, and make them happen. Enjoy your college life.
