About The Speaker


Ms. Joy Maniego was the Vice President for Executive Recruitment and Development with SM Retail Inc. She was formerly the Corporate Head of Executive Recruitment and Development at Zuellig Pharma Holdings in Singapore and Zuellig Pharma Asia Pacific in Hong Kong. She has 15 years of Asia Pacific regional role in developing leaders. With 30 years of leadership in Human Resources, Ms. Maniego is an experienced and capable professional with decades of insights across industries.

Ms. Maniego earned her B.Sc. In Psychology and B.A. in Guidance & Counseling from St. Scholastica’s College and her M.B.A. from Ateneo de Manila University.
