About The Speaker


Mr. Noel Ison has more than 20 years of training and experience, in operations and in leadership roles, in the fields of Security, Safety, Disaster Preparedness, Emergency Response, Risk Management, Crisis Management, and Training.
The organizations and personnel that Noel has had the privilege to train and consult for range from the Corporate Industry, Government Agencies, Non-Government Organizations, Armed Forces, Law Enforcement, and the Academe. He has designed and implemented Health, Safety, Security, and Emergency Response operations for numerous international and local events.
Noel is a Philippine Society for Industrial Security (PSIS) Certified Security Professional (CSP). He is also an Emergency First Response (EFR) CPR & First Aid Instructor, and a Rescue Diver certified by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI). He was certified as a Medical First Responder (Combat Lifesaver) by the US Army Guam National Guard and was an Instructor for various Military Skills such as Water Search And Rescue, Weaponry, Unarmed Combat, CPR and First Aid, etc. with the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
Noel holds a degree of BS Economics, Major in Development Economics, from the University of the Philippines Los Baños where he graduated in 1996. As a Subject Matter Expert on Security and Safety, Noel has appeared on TV Public Service Programs, and has been featured in Online Publications several times.
