The SERVICE provided by the Office of the Registrar to the studenty is to promote sound ethical, moral, and professional values. Professional excellence is the goal to deliver quality service embodying courtesy, efficacy, and promptness. 


 The Office of the Registrar aims to:
·   maintain professional standards by preserving the dignity of the office.
·   present an image representative of the school’s excellent standard.
·  preserve and safeguard the accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and security of the student information system and of students’ academic records.
·  uphold the authority of the school when communicating with students, parents, and others in the community.

The Office of the Registrar accepts document requests through Online Document Request Form. The process will approximately take 3-5 business days and status of the request will be communicated via email. For
Re-enrolment clearance, the process has to be done online and once cleared by the Departments, we will issue Registration Card.

Forms must be filled out for documentation purposes. Failure to respond to the Online Document Request Form will result in the nonissuance of documents, and failure to comply with clearance will result in the nonissuance of the Registration Card.
