PJMA Assembly
 

Last November 24, 2012, the Philippine Junior Marketing Association (PJMA) held their annual general assembly at the University of Makati. Marketing students and organizations from different schools in the Philippines were invited to the event, one of those organizations being the Southville Junior Marketing Association.

The event was composed of talks from two entrepreneurs as well as games and activities organized by PJMA’s sponsors (Sun, Myra E, Kat Sulit, etc.) The first speaker is a University lecturer at the “University of Asia and the Pacific”. He conducted a short talk about starting up your own business and how people should not be limiting their options just because of their age. The second speaker was a young business-owner who also talked about being entrepreneur but focused more on how to improve and develop ourselves as business people.

During the last portion of the event, the participating schools were awarded with their certificates of membership. The president of each org was asked to go up on stage and take pictures with the PJMA president and vice president.
