19 September – Okada Manila’s Casino Executive Chef, Dicky Suen conducted a culinary demonstration at Southville International School Affiliated with Foreign Universities (SISFU).

With collaborative efforts from the Culinary Institute at SISFU (CIS) students, college and high school students from the School of Hospitality Management, and invited guests, he demonstrated the preparation and cooking of dim sum, steamed Lapu-Lapu, and hand-pulled noodles.

Chef Dicky is known for his eclectic background and traditional Hong Kong upbringing. His dishes are of traditional Cantonese culture, yet there is added contemporary character to them, which gives you a uniquely fresh cooking and dining experience.
